A Motion made and the Question put whether
the Church Warden should Defend an Action
brought against Mr. Reeves Beadle on Account
of his putting a Boy into the Round House that
was Idleing and Playing in the Church Yard.

Carryed in the affirmative Nemine Contradicente

Ordered and agreed by this Board that Mr.
Church Warden Sloman do Defend the said Suite
at the Expence of the Parish.

A Motion made and the Question put whether
the Church Warden should move the Court of
Exchequer to gett the Parish Books out of the
Registry of the Consistory Court of London.

Carryed in the Affirmative

Ordered and agreed by this Board that Mr.
Church Warden Sloman do move the Court of Exchequer
to gett the aforesaid Books out of the Registry of
the said Consistory Court of London at the Expence
of the Parish.
