For all and every the Sum and Sums of Money
which they or either of them received and Produced
Vouchers for all and every Sum and Sums of Money
by them Paid and Expended in the same manner
as their Predecessors Church Wardens of the said
Parish ever did And that as no other Inhabitant
of this Parish Joyned with the sd. James Dunbarr< no role >
in his said Prosecution nor complained or found
fault with their said account) that this Board
would take their Case into Consideration and as
much as in them lay Discourage such the
Prosecution of the said James Dunbarr< no role > for
that by such Prosecution they are Defamed
Aspersed and Prejudiced both in their Characters
and Fortunes.

This Board then Proceeded to
take the Case of the said Mr. Bullock and Mr-
Scriven into Consideration and admitting that the
said Mr. Bullock and Mr. Scriven had accounted
before them for all and every the Sum and Sums
of Money by them received and Produced Vouchers
for all and and every the Sum and Sums of Money
by them laid out and Expended in the same Manner
as all other their Predecessors the former Church
Wardens of this Parish had done did declare
Nemine contradicente that they did and doe
verily beleive that the account of the said
Mr. Bullock and Mr. Scriven is a fair and Just
account and that the said Mr. Bullock and
Mr. Scriven acted in their said Office as
