Disagreed}That Mr- Gisslingham Cooper be appointed Tresurer to
receive & pay ye money Collected on ye sd- additionall Rate
And that ye money collected by the overseers on the sd-
Additionall Rate shd- be pd- into the hands of Mr. Cooper pursuant
to such Orders of the Comittee as they shall from time
to time receive

But it may be proper hereto observe to you, yt ye sd- Mr. Cooper being afterwds-
present & acquainted wth ye Resolucon of your Comittee desired to be Excused
from receiving ye sd-money soe that is a matter proper for your present
consideration with whome you will Entrust ye sd-money wn it is collected
unless you will leave it to ye future consideration of your Comittee

And in order to Encouredge & Promote ye sd- Collection as well as to give
an oppertunity for any person or persons, tho' not Inhabitants of your
parish to Exercise their Charity or Generosity on so good an occacon
your Comittee have likewise thought proper to

Agreed Order that ye Vestry Clerk shd- prepare proper Books for
Collecting the sd-Rate-And that a Collumn or room be
left in ye sd-Books for Entring Such Sums of money as shall
be Voluntarily given or subscribed by any Charritable or
well disposed person or persons over & above the sd-assess [..]

Recomittee And that one of your Comittee out of each Ward with
Such other persons as Shall Voluntarily attd-at ye same
time or times of Collecting the sd-additionall Rate be
desired to goe with the overseers wn they desire such
Voluntary Contribucons as shall be made by any
Charitable or well disposed persons over & above the
Sd-Rate

hither to come into & wch they desired me to report to you in such manner
as I shd-think proper and I have now taken ye first oppertunity to lay them
before you togeather with ye reasons (wch I apprehend) Induced your
