Read & Auditted the Church Wardens Acct. for Burialls for the Month of Septr.
last amounting to Ye Sume of£15:15:2

At Ye Same time read & Auditted Ye Overseers of the Poor their Casuall Accots.
for Ye Months of August & Septr. last amounting to the Sume of 175:4:1

Ordered Nemine Contradicente that Noe Expences be allowed to Mr. Middleton & Mr Torr
in collecting the rate made them when they were Surveyors of the High Ways for the
Dutchy side of this parish

Proposalls for makeing the House by the Upper church Yard into a workehouse & for applying
the rents of the Holbourne Estate towds the Maintenance thereof & for makeing an Extraordinary
Rate of a yeares Tax to the poor for buying materialls furniture Etc that Notice be given
in the Church for the Inhitants paying Scott & Lott to meet in a Genll. Vestry for Ye purpose

Resolved Nemine Contradicente that publick Notice be given in the Church for the
Inhitants paying Scott & Lott to meet to considr. of erecting [..] the house by the
Upper Church Yard into a Worke house & for the Managemt. thereof And ye Notice be
given in the Church on Sunday next Etc the Sunday following for Thursday 7night at 9 of
the Clock in the forenoon

Resolved that the late Ovrseers of the poor be sumoned to give up their Accots. on Wednesday next
at 2 of the Clock in the Afternoon

Resolved that at the Genll. Vestry it be moved that the Ovrseers be indemnifyed by the Pish agt.
all Accons that shall be brot. agt. them in case of any Distress made by them for non Paymt.
of the rates made for the releife of the poor
