in the upper Church Yard of this Pish as a place for the buryiall of

Consent to the above Mocon for granting draw to the sd. Mr. Tilsley to make
a Vault in the upper Church Yard
as a buryiall place for himself & family
Pvided efecutly made stained from the Bishop of London or his
Church Warden
for during the Same- [..] Mr. Tilsley paying a fyne of 6th
for the Ground & the usuall Dads for opening the ground to be constantly pd.
at all tymes hereafter
Resolved that the Church Warden be at Libty to settle the Druamts.Libty pulled
downe from the alter to the best gilter be can gett for the lane between this
day & the 20th. of March Instant
