Resolved that Mr. Woodward be restroyned from building anything upon the
Prmisses agreed to be lett unto him more than was erected at the tyme of his
makeing a Contract for a Lease for 91 Yeares

Resolved that the Feoffees for the new Feoffent. to be made for the Pish Estate

a Lease of the Houses on Adling Hill for Lease for 31 or 41 Years at such
price as they can gett for the benefitt of the sd. Pish

Resolved that when any Pson applyed to the Church Warden to pay a Fyne to
be excused from all Pish officer that a Vestry be Vallued & have the [..] Majority
of Eleaven of the Vestry

Resolved that Mr. Kirwood be at Libty to Fyne for all officer upon the
paymt. of 18d repeat his interlate his sd. Servll the office of Ovrseer of the poor & he himself
but lastly used in to the pish
