Moved by Mr. Justice Streate that when any Charity money
collector by the Kings Letter or otherwise & when the same is to be
given away that Notice be given to all the Gents of this board
Resolved Nemine contradicente that when any publick collecter on
the Kings Letter or otherwise is to be Distributed among the poor
of this Pish that publick Notice be given to all the Gentlemen
of this board

Rent. of the Lease of Coll sheudtt house in Holbourne now in the
possion of the Feofees being to yeares to same at midsumer next at
8d P Ann rent

Resolved that a Lease be granted to Mr Joseph Gifford< no role > for the Rent of
the sd. Terme to induce at Midsumer next paying as Guineas Fyne &
8d a yeare Ground rent

Mr. Gifford now paying one Guinea to Mr Ch. Warden Guest in part
of his pd. Fyne of 20 Guineas
