Church Yard have Notice that he dues not Pceed in the building the sd. houses
contrary to the Act of Parliamt. & not to payd over the Church Yard wth. out the Lease of this Board

Resolved that Mr Church Warden Gronous be empowered to grant a Building Lease of the
White horse for 51 Yeares to Comence after the Expiracon of the Lease in [..]
