Mr Tench did for his house & to layout £500. in building if he
may hade a lease for 51 Years

Ordered that a Vestry be held this day fortnight & that the Feofees
[..] be then desired to be Prsent & that Mr Wyton do Then & duse
an Accot. in Writeing of the dimentions of the Buildings he intends
to build on the ground

And Mr. Wyton being acquainted with the Said order agreed
to attend the Vestry this day fortnight

Then read the Accot. for Buryalls for the month of Jany. last past
amounting to the Sume of£31.8

Then the Casuall Accot. for the Month of [..] Jany. last
past was Audited & allowed amounting to ye Sume of £42.6.6
