Ordered & Agreed that a Committee of Eleven be appointed to inspect
into the Encroachment made at Milford Stairs Occupied by Mr. Hutchens
the Raker

And that Mr. Chas. Musgrave< no role >
Mr. Jno. Martin< no role >
Mr. Jas. Lambourn< no role >
Mr. Philip Poole< no role >
Mr. Thos. Heath< no role > ,
Mr. Jno Prince< no role >
Mr. Nichs. Mascall together
with the Overseers of the Poor be
a Committee for the purposes aforesaid and that five of the said Committee
be a Quorum

Agreed that the first Meeting of the said Committee be on Tuesday
next at Ten in the forenoon and that they be at liberty to adjourn from
time to time as they shall see occasion & report their Proceedings at a
General Vestry to be called for that purpose
