Read and audited the Churchwardens Accot. of Burials
for the Month of Decr. last amounting to}£11.. 3s.. 0d

At the same time Read & audited the Overseers of the
Poors Accot. for the same Month of December amounting to}£143.. 12s.. 7d

Resolved & Agreed that the Rate for the necessary Relief of the Poor
for the Quarter due and ending at Xmas 1755 be after the Rate of
four Pence in the Pound Rents and that the Clerk Rate the Books
accordingly

The Petn. of Andrew Lock read and referred to the Overseers
The Petn. of Elizth. Richardson< no role > read & referred to Do.

A Motion made & the Question put whether the Churchwarden should
give Notice in the Church on Sunday the 11th. Instt. that a Vestry will
be held on Thursday the 15th. to Consider of the Arrear of Rent that is
due to this Parish from Mr. Hutchens the Raker for the use & occupation
of Milford Stairs added to his Wharfe & other Affairs
