Mr. Prince reported that he could not make an
Estimate of the Repairs of Milford Stairs
by reason Mr Hutchens Barges laid over the
Old Pyles of the said Stairs

This Board therefore Desires Mr. Tho Heath< no role >
to get the Original Plan of the Duke of
Norfolks Ground or a Copy thereof & Mr Heath
hath promised to get the same by this Day
month

Resolved and Agreed that the Churchwards.
with the Consent of the Trustees of the two
houses in St. Clemts. Church Yard or the Major
Part of them give Mr. Pawley his Note of hand
for £20 and a Rect. in full for all Arrears
of Rent due to the Parish on his the said
Pawleys giving the Trustees or any of them
Quiet Possession of the house he now Rents
in St. Clemts. Church Yard and a General
Release in case they or either of them
desire the same
