A Motion made & the Question put whether the
Church wardens repair Milford Stairs in such manner
as to prevent the Incroachments that have
been made there for some Years past

Resolved and Agreed that the Church wardens
repair Milford Stairs in such manner as to prevent
the Incroachmts: that have been made there for
some Years past

A Motion made & the Question put if any Action
or Information be brot. agt. the Church wardens or
any Workman or other Person's they shall
Employ to Remove the Soil in Order to repair
Milford Stairs and in repairing and driving a Pile
or Piles for the Security of the said Stairs that
the same be Defended and the Costs paid by the
Church wardens for the time being and allowed
in their Account

or any Workman or other Persons they shall
Employ to Remove the Soil in Order to Repair
Milford Stairs & in repairing and Driving a Pile

and allowed in their Accot.

to remove the Soyl & make an Estimate of the
sd. Repair
