Genl. Vestry mett pursuant to Notice Given in the
Church on Sundays the 24th: & 31st: of January last to
Consider further of severall old Alms Houses-
Situate in the Upper burying Ground belonging to this Parish

Minute of the 19th: of January last

The Report of the Committee appointed to view &
Inspect whether the Houses in the upper Church Yard
(to witt)the School House & Alms Houses belonging to
this Parish, are convenient for the Reception &-
Employment of the Poor of this Parish or could so be
made-

And the Minute of the 19th. of Febry 1740-
relating thereto

Read

A Motion made & the Question put whether the
Church Wardens Act should be ratifyed in pulling
down the Old Houses and Clearing the Ground to be
used as a buryall Ground

Carr in the Affirmative

Ordered & agreed that the Church Wardens
Act in pulling the sd. Houses down be ratifyed & that
they Clear away the Ground to be used as a buryall
Ground for this Parish-
