Minutes of the last Genll. Vestry
Read
The Cd pursuant to the Order of the last Genll Vestry produced
to this Board an Account of the Expence the Inhabitants of this
Parish had been at for the Maintenance of the Poor from
1730 to 1738 distinguishing each Year which sd. Account was
Read-
Mr. Meadman Reported that there was a House in
Crown Court
in the Butcher Row which is supposed to be
let or sold & is apprehended will be convenient for the
Reception of the Poor which said House is abt. Sixty three Feet
in Front & abt. thirty Six Feet in Depth with is large Garden
behind the same.
Whereupon a Motion was made & the Question put whether
Mr. Meadman Mr. Heath & Mr. Fletcher as Inquire into
the State & Condition of the sd. House & whether the same is to
be better sold

Resolved that Mr. Meadman Mr. Heath & Mr. Fletcher
be impowered to make such Enquiry & Report the same to
this Board on Thursday the 12th- Inst. 4 in the Afternoon
