A Motion made & the Question put whether the Penalty
mentioned in the 43d. of Elizth. to be levyed on Persons Appointed
to Serve the Office of Overseer of the Poor (& refuseing to serve
the same be levyed on Mr. Harmon who is Appointed one of the
Overseers of the Poor for the Year ensueing & refuses to serve
the same) Excepting he is Exempted from Serving the sd. Office
as being Gunsmith to his Royall Highness the Prince of Whales.

Carryed in the Affirmative.

Ordered & Agreed by this Board that the 20s. a Month
mentioned in the sd. Statute for Absence & Neglect of Duty be
levyed on the sd. Jno. Harmon Unless he be Exempted from Serveing
the same as being Gunsmith to his Royall higness the Prince of Whales.
