Att the same time the Dock was viewed by
the Gentlemen above mentioned and Mr. Hutchins
in the Presence of Mr. Josiah Keen< no role > Mr. Joseph
Remnant< no role > Mr. Jno. Furber< no role > Mr. Jno. Robinson< no role >
and Mr. Robt. Ellis< no role > and upon such View it appeared
to this Board that there is four feet of Ground and
upwards belonging to this Parish added to the
said Dock but for further certainty is referred
till they have Oppertunity of Inspecting the
Originall Plann of the Duke of Norfolk's Ground
which they are informed is to become at.

A Letter from Mr. Banks Mr. Coys Surveyor
in relation to the Feoffees giveing Mr. Coy the
Power to Obleige the Lessees to repair Pursuant
to the Covenants in their respective Leases
