Take Notice that I Joseph Ritson< no role > of Grays Inn in
the County of Middlesex Esquire Chief Bailiff of the Liberty of the
Savoy in the said County an legally and rightfully Intitled to
the Possession and Custody of the common Prison house of and
for the said Liberty situate in Strand Lane within the
said Liberty now in Your Occupation or in the Occupation
of some Person whom you take upon Yourself to let or
dispose of the same to or Authorize or Permit to inhabit
and dwell therein and that unless You do forthwith
deliver or cause to be delivered up the Possession and Custody
of the said Prison house to me or my Order for the common
good and service of the said Liberty and for the more convenient
and effectual execution of my Office Application will be made
in the ensuing Term to his Majestys Court of Duchy Chamber in Order
that you may be compelled so to do by and under the Process and Authority
of that Court Dated this 5th. day of Novr.1789J. Ritson

When it was Resolved that a Vestry be
held on Tuesday next at 6 oClock to take
the same into consideration, and that
Notice thereof be duly given in the Church
on Sunday

Ordd. that Collies is be sent of such Letter to
the Office is of the new Church Parish and
the Savoy Treasures-and their Attend once
Requested on Tuesday
