Ordered that an Enquiry be made of Sir Sampson
Wright< no role > whether the Costs were paid out of that Sum

to make the Enquiry and report the next Audit

with Mr. Ritson in pursuance of the order of last
Vestry-Reported

That by the Mins. of the Duchy Court Shewn
them by Mr. Ritson

It appeared-that the Burgesses had claimed
the staves, as theirs in 1756

that by the inscription on one of the Staves
they had repaired it

It became a Question whether such Reclaim
after a positive Gift did Revest the Property in them

It was moved and seconded that the further
Consideration of the Business be adjourned
till next Audit

Clerk make search through the Minutes of
