Mr. Churchwarden Gyblett. Proposed.

The Revd . Mr. Jesse Ponten< no role > for the said Office
and was Seconded therein by Mr. Sumner and.
several other Gentlemen present.

and no other Candidate being proposed.

It was moved that Mr. Ponten be declared duly.
Elected-and being agreed unanimously

He was declared by the Churchwardens.
duly Electd. Lecturer of this Parish.

Mr. Ponten who was Attending was then called.
in and informed of the same.

This Meetg. was also called, To take into Conson
the Ruinous and dangerous State of the Premisg
belonging To Commodore Johnson situate the
corner of Beaufort Buildings, in the Strand, and in
Carting Lane

It was movd. by Mr Sumner and Seconded by
Mr. Brett, "That a Notice be sent to the Commodore
"apprizing Him of the dangerous State of his Premises.
"-and That unless the same are put into a State.
"-of safety.within a Reasonable Time
"That the Measures prescribed by the Buildg
"Act, will be adopted."

The Question being put such Motion
was carried in the Affirmative
Nem Con

And the Vestry Clerk directd. to send such Notice
accordingly.
