The Churchwardens being Confined by Sickness so as not to
be able to Attend the Vestry; Mr. Rust one of the Ancients
took the Chair, When the Minutes of the last Vestry on
the Question being put were Confirmed and thereupon the
Poors Rate for the 3d. Quarter were signed at 7d in the
Pound Rents.
