A Motion made by Mr. Figg and Seconded by Mr. Vaughan
and the Question put whither it would be Utility to Appoint a
Collector or Collectors of the Poor Rates for the present Year he
paying the Money so Collected from time to time into the
Overseers Hands whenever they shall think proper to call on
him for the same Carried in the affirmativeNem Con
A Motion made by Mr. Vaughan and Seconded by Mr-
Sumner and the Question put whither the Collector of the Poors
Rate shod- be paid by the Churchwarden out of the Holbourn
Estate and allowed in his Accounts the same was Carr Nem Con
Agreed that a Vestry be held on Wednesday next at
Eleven of the Clock in the forenoon to Appoint a Collector of the
Poors Rate for the Present Year he finding Sufficient Security
in a Bond of £500 for the faithfull Discharge of his Office to the
Satisfaction of the Churchwardens and the Vestry of the
Parish and that he be allowed Two pence in the Pound for so
much Money as shall be Collected on the Poors Rates as a
Recompence for his Trouble in Collecting the same
