was Auditted and his Vouchers produced.

The Account of Mr- Richd- Buddle< no role > Under Churchwdn - of this
Parish was passed his Vouchers produced & his Accounts signed
and allowed by this Vestry

A Letter having been sent to this Vestry by Mr- Warcup
who was next in Nomination to serve the Office of Churchwdn-
desiring he might be excused serving such Office on account
of his ill State of Health A Motion was made and seconded
& the Question put Whr- the said Mr- Warcup should be excused
serving such office the same was carried in the Affirmative
Nem Con

At the same time a Question arising Whr- Mr- Robt- William< no role >
(Who was next in nomination after the sd- Mr- Warcup) was Eligible
to serve such office he having (after serving the Office of Overseer)
quitted this Parish and kept a house in another & returned
into this Parish again-A Motion was thereupon made & Seconded
& the Question put Whr- the said Mr- Robt. Williams< no role > was eligible
to serve such office & to be put up in Nomination after the said.
Mr- Warcup Excused-It passed in the Negative-Nem Con

It was therefore Ordd- that if a like Case shod- hereafter happen
that it be a standg- Order of this Vestry that every such person
so removing out of the Parish (after serving Overseers) and
returning into the same again is not Eligible to serve the
Office of Churchwdn- or to be put up in Nomination for the same
