Auditted the Churchwardens account of burials for
the last month amounting to £4:5:10.

Also Auditted the Overseers Account for the same
time amounting to £239:12:1.

Resolved and Ordered that Mr. Webb or his order
may have such Books belonging to their Parish as
concern the payment or receipt of the Poors Rate as he
shall judge necessary or as Councel may advise in order
to give Evidence from them in the Couse now depending
in the Common Pleas between Allen & Tapp< no role > & others to
concerning the Recovery of Poor Rates in this Parish
