At which time the Accounts of the Collector & Treasurer
To the Governors of the Watch for the last Year were
Auditted and allowed-And the Bills due from the
Govrs. of the Watch are Ordered to be paid out of the
Ballance in his Hands being £169.17s.7d

And at the same time It was agreed that
a Rate at two pence in the Pound Rents be allowed
to pay the Scavenger for the present Year.
