shall not direct any repairs of the Church or any
Building belonging to this Parish that shall co [..]
to or be of the Charge of £20 or any larger Sum w [..]
first giving due Notice in the Church of such Building
or repair wanting to be done that a Vestry may be
called to consider of the same and every Tradesman
Inhabitting this Parish shall be at Liberty to d [..]
in an Estimate at such Vestry or any future Vestry [..]
of what he will do such Work in his way of Business
towards such Building or Repairs for that the Vestry
may Judge who will do such work cheapest & [..]
& may appoint the persons who shall do the same
that the Parish may thereby know what such
Buildings or repairs will Cost or Come to
