At a Meeting of the Trustees of the Estate
in Dukes Place belonging to the said Parish to
appoint a Receiver of the Rents of said Estate
in the room of Mr. Chimmow deceased

Resolved and Agreed
That Mr. Baker the present Treasurer receive
the Rents of said Estate while in Office and
that his Successors in Office as Treasurer to
the Overseers of this Parish Collect and Receive
the said Rents and Account for same to the
Overseers

Order'd That the Vestry Clerk make out a
Rent Roll of said Estate and what is now
due thereon and deliver the same to said
Mr. Baker.
