are any concerned in the Suit commenced and
now depending against the Inhabitants of New
Inn in this Parish to compel them to pay the
Poor Rates shall be saved harmless and indem-
-nified by this Parish from all costs & Expences
that may happen to or fall on them on account
of that Suit.

Resolved that if any fraction of a Pound
shall happen in making out the poor Rate, agreable
to the mode lately fixed on, by reducing the Rent
to three fourths, such fraction shall be rated so
as to make the Rate equal all through the
Parish.
