belonging to this Parish to consider of Proposals for granting
a Lease of a House in Holborn late Mr. Woodward's

Resolved and Agreed that a Repairing Lease of the
above mentioned Premes. be Granted to Mr. John Prince< no role >
of
Water Street
in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes Carpenter
pursuant to his Proposal for a Term of 37 Years from
Christmas 1762 at the Yearly Ground Rent of Thirty Pounds
Tax free be laying out the Sum of Four hundred Pounds
upon the substantial and necessary Repairs of the sd. Premes.
within the first three Years of the sd. Term of Thirty seven Years
and Enter into Articles to accept of such Lease under the same
Covenants Provisoe's and Agreements as they the sd. Trustees Let
to other their Tenants there upon a Tender thereof and to Execute
a Counterpart under the Penalty of £100
