in Holborn late Mrs . Jefferys let begranted to Mr. Hailstone
for Nineteen Hours from Midsumer 1761 at the
Yearly Rent of £21 Tax Free.

I do hereby Consent & agree to enter into
Articles to take a Lease of the House in Holborn
late Mrs . Jefferys to Coments [..] Mortal-Mithas 1761
at the Yearly Rent of Twenty One Pounds Tax Free for
the Term of 19 years from Midsumer 1761 under the usuall
Consnts as the sd. Trustees let to other their
Tents. on the sd. Estates
