1801 being answerable for the 15£ Net Rent
for the first half year and Paying 100£ Net
Rent for the next year payable half yearly
and answering that the present Delapidations
shall be made good by the present Lessees
Mr. Bernard at any time before Lady
day 1801 to have the Option of taking a
Lease thereof at 100 £ a year Net Grant
for Forty two years from Midsummer
1801, determinable upon Notice by Him
at 7.14. or 21 years but in Case he does
not take the Lease He is to Replace every
thing as before and to Remove what he
shall put up and it is agreed if Mr
Bernard shall< no role > take such Lease that
it shall contain a Covenant for him
to insure the Premises from Fire to
the Value thereof and all the Usual
Covenants for Him to Repair Pay the
Taxes et Dated this 30th December 1799
