A Bay of 4 or 5 years of Age having been some
few days ago found in Lincolns Inn fields and
brought into the Workhouse who on Enquiry did not
belong to the Parish and without an Order form either
the Churchwardens or Overseers.

Mr. Sturch Moved That no Person be admitted
into the Workhouse without an Order from the
Churchwardens or Overseers (unless in case of Casualty
by Accident and immediate danger)
