Rectors Applon

This being a Meeting called at the desire of the Rector
To take into Consideration the State of the Rectory and
consider what measures advisable to be adopted

Mr. Vernon Stated that notwithstanding the Resolution of
Vestry 10th. Decr. 1795 and a Collection made in consequence
thereof the Subscription Received had only been 80, instead
of £70: He therefore complained that the Living was very
inadequate to his Support in the Rank he held in Life.

Resolved a State be made by the Rector of what
has Received and what he has paid for Performance of Duty
since he has been Rector of this Parish,and that such
Statement be Printed and Distributed to the House of each
Inhabitant with a Recommendation to them to contribute
more liberally that the respectability of the Situation m [..]
be supported.
