Ordered

That the Vestry Clerk Issue Notices and
prepare Receipts accordingly.

Mr. Williams suggested' That upon the Supplementary
Militia the Inhabitants should Turn out Volunteers but
it appearing that such Volunteers might be taken to any
part of the County to exercise and that the Officers
should be Strangerssuch Suggestion was Overruled

It was then proposed by the Vestry Clerk That
Strict Attention should be Paid to the Lists Returned by
the Constables, that such Lists should be got from them
and laid in Vestry open for Inspection and the Inhabitants
Requested to Attend and inspect them and also to Appeal
to the Deputy Lieutenants.

Ordered that the Lists be got and that a
Hand Bill be printed and distributed
informing the Inhabitants that such Lists
will lie for their Inspection on Thursday
and Friday from Ten O Clock in the forenoon
till Four O Clock in the afternoon and of the
days of Appeal

Resolved That the following Inhabitants do form a
Committee to Settle such Hand Bill and such other Bills
for Raising Men as they may think necessary to Issue and
Treating with Men and taking such other steps as shall
appear to Them Requisite for the benefit of the Parish
Respecting the several Acts above Stated previous to
Monday next.
