This being a Meeting to take into Consideration whether
advisable to make a Rate for Raising £75. being the Sum
assessed by the Justices in session on this Parish towards
the Damages recovered for Property destroyed and injured
in the Hundred of Ossulton
at the time of the Riots respecting
the Recruiting Houses or whether to direct the same to be
Paid without making such Rate
A Motion being made by Mr. Sturch and seconded
by Mr. Richards
That the said Sum of £75 be paid out of
the Monies now in the hands of Mr. White
the Churchwarden,
The Question being put It was Carried
unanimously in the Affirmation
Mr. White Paid the £75; to Mr. Howdy the [..]
Constable
, which was paid by him to Messr. Child & Co. to
the credit of the County
