The Account of Mr.John Willis< no role > Upper Churchwarden of
this Parish from Easter 1795 to this day was finally Settled
Signed and allowed and the Vouchers produced and examined
when there appeared to be due to Mr. Willis the Sum of

At this Meeting Mr. John White< no role > and Mr. Wm. Bird< no role >
were duly Elected Churchwardens for the year ensuing

Mr. John White< no role > now took the Chair

Resolved unanimously That the Thanks of this Vestry
be given to Mr. John Willis< no role > the late Churchwarden for his
Services while in Office
