Ordered and paid her two shillings
present relief and six shillings a week (pro tempore)

Passage, having been ill, applied for relief - receives
An allowance of two Shillings, per week, viz: one for
herself the other for Child.

Ordered five Shillings and a pair of
Shoes for Child

her Husband being committed for ill - treating her

That the Husband be seen
and endeavours made to bring him to terms.
