Proposals for serving the Poor in the
Workhouse
with Butchers Meat and
Butter and Cheese for Twelve Months
The following Proposals for Butchers
Meat were Received and Read Vizt..
Messrs. Luff and Stackhouse proposed
serving on the following Terms
Clods and Stickens Twice a Week cut fair
and without Bone at3s/- P Stone
Breasts of Mutton as wanted daily at 3s/ P Stone
Whole Leg of Mutton Pieces boned and thick
Flanks of Beef once a Week at 3s/- P Stone
Legs of Mutton once a Month and the Meat
for the Masters Table at4s/- P Stone
Legs and Shins of Beef on Saturday in
every Week at1s/- P Stone
Beef at Christmas and Easter Middle Ribs
without the Bladebone at 4s/- P Stone
