At a Meeting of the Churchwardens Overseers
and Assistants pursuant to Notice.

This being a Meeting to Receive Proposals for
Contracting for 70 Chaldron of Coals

The following Proposals were Received & Read
Mr. Godfrey Proposed serving the 70 Chaldron
of Coals at 48 Shillings per Chaldron

Mr. Pickering proposed serving 50 Chaldron
of Coals free of every Expence except Shooting
at 48s. Shillings per Chaldron and 20 Chaldron
of Coals to be delivered on, Shore at 47 Shillings
per Chaldron

Mr. Pickerings Proposed being the lowest it
was accepted and the Vestry Clerk Ordered to
prepare the usual Contract

Ordered an Authority be made out and Signed
for the Beadle to Receive John Sealing's Pension at
Chelsea he being ill in the house
