Mr. Rose Proposed Serving on the following Terms

Good Gloucester Cheese at 45s. P Cwt or 112lb.

Mr. Rose Proposed Serving on the following
Terms Vizt.

Mr. Elsworth Proposed Serving on the following
Terms Vizt.

Mr. Elsworth having Stated in his Letter he would
wish to have the Refusal of the Contract at the Prices
any other Person may Offer at - He was Called in
and informed that a Person had Offered to Send
the Cheese in at 46s. P Cwt Whereupon he Agreed
to Reduce his Price of 48s. to 46s.

Mr. Elsworths Proposal was therefore Accepted
and the Vestry Clerk Ordered to Prepare the Contract
