This being a Meeting to receive Proposals for Supplying
the Parish with Seventy Chaldron of Coals also Meat Butter and Cheese for
Eight Months from the Tenth Instant

The following Proposals for Coals were received and
read.

Mr. Godfrey proposed furnishing the Parish with
70 Chaldron of Coals 50 of which to be the best Windsor
Pontop or Tanfield Moor Coals Pool Measure to be deliver [..]

25 Chaldron forthwith at42s.
25 at Michaelmas at44s.

The remaining 20 to be good Round Coals Pool meas [..]
and delivered on shore free of Expence at 44s. on Saint
Thomas's day next.

Mr. Glover proposed furnishing the parish [..]
70 Chaldron of Coals at 46s. Per Chaldron.

Mr. Godfrey being the lowest his proposal [..]
Accepted and the Vestry Clerk Ordered to prepare the
Contract.
