Workhouse with Butchers Meat for one year according
to the under written proposals Vizt.
Clods Stickers Mouse Buttocks
& whole leg of Mutton pieces
twice a Week cut fair &
without Bone at 1s/10 per stone
Thick & then flanks of Beef once a Week at 2s/10 per Stone
Legs of Mutton once a Month (includg as before) 3/2 per Stone
Breasts of Mutton daily at2/6 per Stone

The Beef & Mutton, to be of the kinds & Weights
specified in Messrs Luff & Stackhouse's proposal

Average taken

Whereupon the Average was taken and it
appearing Messrs. Luff & Stackhouse were the Lowest

that they do serve the House for the above Term
upon signing the usual Contract

serve the Poor in the Workhouse of this parish [..] for
one year from the 16th instant accord the following Termd [..]
Good Salt Butter to be weighted after it is scraped & Wired
at £36/ per Firkin on 56 lb
Good Gloucester Cheese at 43s/ per C wt (112 lb)
