This being a Meeting to Contract for Coals
Cheat Butter and Cheese pursuant to the Resolution
of the last Board

Read The several proposals of Mr Dyer Mr Wade
& Messrs Windle & Wilkinson for supplying Seventy
Chaldron of Coals, 25 of which to be delivered forthwith
and 25 on Michas day at the House the remaining
20 to be delivered in Bushels to the Poor on St Thomas
Day and within three Weeks after when the Average being
taken Mr. Warde's appeared the lowest
Mr. Perins moved and was
Seconded by Mr Collett
That the proposal of Messrs Windle and
Wilkinson be Accepted
