As many Inconveniences have arisen from the Cells where
the mad People are Confined It is Agreed that the Churchwardens
Overseers and Assistants do meet to Morrow at 3 o Clock in the after
in Order to Survey the same And to fix If Possible a more Eligible
Place to keep such Poor Objects in
