held in the Vestry Room the 15th. day

The Minutes of the last meeting Read & confirmed
Read the Returns of the Inspector of Paving & Lamps.
Examined Henry Howell the Collector on Oath
to and setled the Account of the Rates for Repairing
Cleansing and Lighting from Lady day 1795 to
Lady day 1796 upon which there appears to be due
to him to Ballance the Account £44:1s:3d.
The said Henry Howell< no role >
having by Letter
signified to this Committee that by the Rate being
lowered 10s 8d - in the Pound his Poundage is much
Reduced and praying to experience the same favor
that has been given to his Predecessor It was
proposed seconded and on the Question put unanimously
agreed that he be paid Ten Pounds for his Extra
trouble in Collecting such Rate for which purpose
three of this Committee drew a Draft on the Banker
to that amount
