this Committee relative to his placing and skreewing
Rubbish at several times in Stan Rope, he being heard
relative thereto and admitting the truth of such
charge but requesting this Committee not to
Prosecute him and promiseing not to be Guilty of
the like Conduct in future this Committee on the
said John Allinson< no role > 's request and promise and on his
signing an acknowledgment and promise, (Copy
whereof is hereunder written) Ordered stay of
Proceedings against him

Ordered that Mr. Henry Bennett< no role > be desired
immediately to replace the Lamp Iron by him taken
from the corner of Vere Street and Bune Street and in default that
he be prosecuted for the same.
