and appointed pursuant to the Act
of Parliament for better Paving Cleansing
and Lighting this Parish Etc held in the
Vestry Room the 4th. day of February

The Minutes of the last meeting Read
and confirmed

Ordered that the Churchwardens be requested to
hold a Vestry on Thursday the Tenth Instant or with
Nine days then next after between the hours of Ten in ye
morning and Two in the afternoon for the Electing and
appointing 21 Persons being Householders and Residend
in this Parish and who are Assessed to and pay their
respective Shares of the Rates on Assessments made by vist
of the Act of Parliament for better Paving Etc this Parish
which 21 Persons are to be a Committee for the better & ma [..]
effectual carrying the said Act into Execution

A Bill from Mr. Benjn. Marshall< no role > for Stationary
supplied for this Committee from December 1788 to December
last amounting to £5:12s 9d being Read this Committee
signed a Draft on the Bankers for the amount thereof
payable to the said Benjamin Marshall< no role > or Bearer

Resolved that an Additional Lamp be put
in White Horse Yard agreable to the Opinion of the
Committee.
