A Bill from Elizth. Raikes< no role > the Scavenger One Quarter to
Michaelmas last £57.10s:4d being Read Ordered that the
same be paid for which purpose three of the Committee
draw a Draft on the Banker to that Amount

Read the Returns of the Inspector of Paving and
several Inspectors of Lamps.

Complaint being made by several Persons
(particularly by John Brettell< no role > Esqr . of the Stamp Office )
of a Nuisance by an Inclosure standing in
Newcastle Street Ordered that Mr.. Kitchiner, Mr. Williams
and Mr Burnthwaite with any other of the Committee
view and Report their Opinion thereof
