Cleansing and Lighting this Parish Etc
held in the Vestry Room the 17th
day of September 1790

The Minutes of the last meeting Read

The Clerk having in pursuance of the Order of the
last meeting Summoned William Wing< no role > of little Britain
Bricklayer to attend this Committee relative to his
taking up and Removing the Pavement in the Carriage
way of Carey Street opposite the House occupied by
Mr. John Barber< no role > and he now attending and in the
presence of Willm. Kitchiner< no role > and Robt. Butler< no role > Esqrs . two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster Confessing that he did take up
and Remove such Pavement on the Twenty
day of August last without the consent of this
Committee or three or more of them where upon this
Commitee requested the Judgment of the said Justices
thereon who Convicted the said Willm. Wing< no role > of such Offence
on his own Confession and Fined him Twenty Shillings
which he paid for the purposes mentioned in the Act 9.
