way of Carey Street opposite the House occupied by

and he now attending and in the
presence of Willm. Kitchiner< no role >

Confessing that he did take up
and Remove such Pavement on the Twenty
day of August last without the consent of this
Committee or three or more of them where upon this
Commitee requested the Judgment of the said Justices
thereon who Convicted the said Willm. Wing< no role >
of such Offence
on his own Confession and Fined him Twenty Shillings
which he paid for the purposes mentioned in the Act 9.
