Minutes of the Committee for the Parish of St. Clement Danes dated the 13th:
Instant were delivered in and read containing a Request to Advertise and Contract
for cleansing that Parish (except the Optional Streets) for three years from
Midsummer next; and also to Advertise and Contract for new Paving Little
Stanhope Street with nine Inch Guernsey Stone-Cooks Court with Squared
Stones or Purbeck Paving-Devereux Court and Nagshead Court with
Purbeck Paving and Milk Yard with Old Materials from Stanhope Street
and Cook's Court.
Ordered, That the said Committee be at Liberty to Advertise & Contract for
Cleansing the said Parish (except as above) each Street and Place once in the
Week for anytime not exceeding three years from Midsummer next-And at
to Advertise and Contract for new Paving Little Stanhope Street with the [..]
to be taken from the Strand
and the rest of the Places above Specified in ma [..]
abovementioned.
That the making the Level laying out and Paving the said Places
be done under the direction of the Commissioners Surveyor.

Cleansing
and Lighting for which purpose this Committee Signed the same
